The Friends and the Foundation of the Arlington Public Library are back with their annual Fall Book Sale. Starting September 20, the Meadowbrook Recreation Center, located at 1400 East Dugan St. Arlington, TX, 76010, will be transformed into FFAPL’S book sale.
The sale will have 36 categories of books as well as CDs, DVDs, Records, Audiobooks, Puzzles and Games. Items can be purchased with cash, check, or credit card ($5 minimum). This year’s Fall Book Sale runs through September 24. Hours are listed below.
Wednesday, September 20: Noon to 1 p.m.: Non-commercial FFAPL members only
Wednesday, September 20: 1 to 6 p.m. FFAPL members-only preview day. Membership is available at the door for $20.
Thursday, September 21: 1 to 6 p.m.
Friday, September 22: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, September 23: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, September 24: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Half price day! Close out special.
Sunday, September 24: 4:15 to 5:30 p.m. Teacher/nonprofit special: $5 suggested donation/ ID required.
All proceeds from the Book Sale support Arlington Public Library’s programs and events. FFAPL is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that has supported the Arlington Public Library System since 1987.
