Celebrate Indie Author Day 2021 with the Arlington Public Library
Are you an aspiring writer? Would you like to meet like-minded individuals and authors? Celebrate this year's Indie Author Day with the Arlington Public Library. The goal of Indie Author Day is to bring libraries, authors, and readers together. Join us Saturday, November 13, 2021, from 1 – 3 p.m. at the George W. Hawkes Downtown Library. This is a free event open to all ages, registration is not required.
We hope this fantastic opportunity brings together local indie authors, writers, and readers for a day of education, networking, workshops, and beyond. Fostering a community of local authorship and providing patrons access to exciting new literary voices is a priority for Library staff.
Saturday, November 13, 2021, from 1 – 2 p.m.
There will be a presentation by author Marc Lieberman about the process of becoming a published indie author. Lieberman is an experienced pilot and writer whose career as a Naval Officer, Naval Aviator, business executive, consultant, and entrepreneur helped him fulfill his dream of becoming a novelist.
